Nexo Supports the Flare Network (FLR) Airdrop & Token Listing
Nexo will support the Flare Network (FLR) airdrop for Ripple (XRP) holders and our clients will receive their fair share directly into their Nexo accounts! We are also pleased to announce that we are listing FLR on the Nexo Exchange.
We have been in constant communication with the Flare team to make all the necessary arrangements for the distribution event on January 9, 2023. 🎊
Based on the snapshots taken at 00:00 (UTC) on Dec 12, 2020, the airdropped FLR amount for each XRP holder will be calculated at a ratio of 1 XRP: 0.1511 FLR.
The detailed arrangements are as follows:
- Minimum holding for eligibility: 1 XRP
- The snapshot included XRP balances held in both Credit Line and Savings Wallets.
- Nexo will distribute the FLR tokens after the project has completed the FLR airdrop to exchanges.
- FLR will be available for trading after the asset starts trading on at least one of the leading trading venues we partner with.
How to claim and receive your FLR?
All eligible XRP holders that are current Nexo clients will receive their tokens straight into their Nexo accounts after the successful token distribution event.
All eligible former Nexo clients will receive, via email, a form to fill in and provide their own address. If you are in this group, please only access the form through personal direct communication from the Nexo Team.

Please note: The Flare public distribution, as per the official documentation, will take place in two parts. The first 15% will be distributed during the Token Distribution Event (TDE) to wallets that held XRP on December 12, 2020. Shortly after the TDE, scheduled for January 9, Nexo will provide eligible wallets with the first 15% of the Flare (FLR) public token distribution. This will be in the ratio of 0.1511 FLR for every 1.0000 XRP held on Nexo at the time of the snapshot on 12 December 2020. According to Flare Network, the full FLR public distribution will be completed over 36 months with a total ratio of 1.0073 FLR for every 1.0000 XRP. Should Nexo choose to support subsequent airdrops, a further announcement will be made.
