Nexo Prime Promo (“the Promo”) is only available for Nexo clients who have been approached via email by the Nexo Prime team, have opened a Nexo Account in accordance with the Nexo Wallet Services General Terms and Conditions, or a Nexo Prime Account in accordance with the Nexo Trade Servicers General Terms and Conditions, and have confirmed participation in the Promo via response to the invitation email (“the Participants”). Participants will sign up for the Promo for 30 days following (i) the opening of a Nexo Prime Account at the Nexo Prime Platform - applicable for new Nexo Prime clients, or (ii) the confirmation by a Nexo Prime Account Manager - applicable for existing Nexo Prime clients (“the Promo Period”).
Participants shall benefit from the preferential fee schedule during the Promo Period based on the volume of all transactions they made on the Nexo Prime Platform from the start of the Promo Period (“the Trading Volume”). However, Trading Volume of existing Nexo Prime clients shall be calculated retroactively as of March 26, 2022.
The Participants shall comply with the present rules, the Nexo Trade Services General Terms and Conditions, the Nexo Wallet Services General Terms and Conditions and Nexo Margin Crypto Credit General Terms and Conditions, to the extent applicable, and all amendments or supplements thereto (together “General Terms”). All relations between Nexo and the Participants will be governed by the General Terms and the applicable law, as defined by the General Terms.
All or part of the Nexo Prime Services, respectively the Promo, are not available for citizens or residents of certain jurisdictions, such as the Nexo Trade Services are not available for citizens or residents of the States of New York and Vermont, Australia, Bulgaria and Estonia, while the Nexo Margin Crypto Credit is not available for citizens or residents of the USA, Australia, Canada, Bulgaria and Estonia.
