Follow these steps to buy Bitcoin on Nexo: 

1. Open your app, and click on the “Buy” button on the Dashboard.  

2. Pick Bitcoin and enter the amount you want to buy. 

3. Choose a credit or debit card as a payment method. 

4. Confirm your purchase to finalize the transaction. 

Once you successfully purchase crypto using your card, the card details will be saved for future transactions. This means you can buy crypto in seconds and never miss an opportunity. 

Note: Make sure you pass Identity Verification before making your first transaction.

First, you have to verify your identity which only takes a couple of minutes. Once you pass verification, then:

1. From the Dashboard, tap on the “Add Funds” option and select the “Credit/Debit Card”.

2. Pick Bitcoin and enter how much you would like to spend.

3. Enter your credit or debit card details.

4. Confirm your purchase and you’re done! Your funds will instantly appear in your Nexo account.

By making a successful purchase of crypto, your card details are automatically saved so you can select that card for future transactions. There is no limit as to how many cards you add to your account.

You can also choose to complete a purchase with Apple Pay or Google Pay.

To purchase Bitcoin with a bank transfer, start by topping up your account with USD, EUR, or GBP from your local bank. Given the fast-paced nature of the market, instant transfers are paramount. To facilitate this, we have implemented GBP wires via Faster Payments and EUR wires via SEPA Instant.

Once your funds arrive in your Nexo account, go to the Exchange tab in the app and swap your funds for the amount of BTC you want to purchase.

Have in mind that the processing time for wires from the US is typically 1-2 business days and that wires from other countries may take up to 3 business days to process.

It is important to note that the total crypto rewards paid are capped at up to $100,000 in exchange volume per month. Therefore, you can get rewards until your total monthly amount of swaps reaches $100,000, after which the limit resets to $0 on the 1st day of every month.
